Forecasts, calculations, interpretations, and third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Not an official warning service. Do not rely on My Wind Gauge for emergency, aviation, marine, wildfire, construction, drone, medical, property-protection, or other safety-critical decisions. Follow official alerts, local authorities, equipment limits, regulations, and qualified professionals.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful personal or business planning. You may not disrupt the Site, evade security controls, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, introduce malicious code, misrepresent Site output as an official warning, or use the Site to violate laws or third-party rights.

3. Saved locations and alerts

Saved locations and gust thresholds are convenience features stored on your device. They are not guaranteed notifications, emergency alerts, or continuous monitoring services. You remain responsible for checking current official information before acting.

4. Third-party services

The Site relies on Open-Meteo for weather and geocoding data and may use hosting, security, monitoring, advertising, or other third-party services. Open-Meteo data is adapted and formatted for display by My Wind Gauge and remains subject to its applicable service terms and CC BY 4.0 data license. My Wind Gauge does not control third-party availability, accuracy, terms, privacy practices, or security. External links and transactions are between you and the third party unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Advertising and affiliate relationships

The Site may display clearly labeled advertisements, sponsorships, or affiliate links and may receive payment for impressions, clicks, referrals, purchases, or placements. Commercial relationships do not guarantee favorable guidance or suitability. See the Advertising Disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s original design, text, branding, and software are protected by applicable law. No ownership rights are transferred by permitting access. Third-party names, data, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from Site information.

8. Changes and governing terms

Features and these Terms may change. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable law remain unaffected.
